The purpose of this document is to inform a natural person (hereinafter referred to as "Those interested) about the processing of her personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") collected by the data administrator, G&G WMS LOGISTICS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, e-mail address kontakt@g-and-g.pl, (next "Owner"), ​​via the application (hereinafter referred to as "App).

Modifications and updates will be effective immediately after they are published in the Application. If the changes made to the Privacy Policy are not accepted, the interested person is obliged to stop using the Application and may request the Administrator to delete his/her Personal Data.

1. Categories of Personal Data processed

   The Data Controller processes the following types of Personal Data provided voluntarily by the interested party:

   • Contact details: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone, photos, credentials, any further information sent by the interested party, etc.

   • Tax and payment data: tax code, VAT number, credit card details, bank account details, etc.

   The Owner applies to the following types of Personal Data collected in an automated manner:

   • Technical data: Personal Data generated by the devices, applications, tools and protocols used, such as information about the device used, IP addresses, browser type, Internet provider (ISP) type. Such Personal Data may leave traces, especially when combined with unique identifiers and other information received from servers, may be used to create profiles of individuals

   • Application navigation and usage data: such as pages visited, number of clicks, actions performed, session duration, etc.

   Failure by an interested party to provide Personal Data for which there is a legal or contractual obligation or where they constitute a necessary requirement to enter into a contract with the Data Controller will prevent the Controller from establishing or continuing a relationship with the interested party.

   Interested person who provides Personal Data of third parties to the Controller The Data Controller is directly and exclusively responsible for their origin, collection, processing, communication or dissemination.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

   The Application uses cookies, web beacons, unique identifiers and other similar technologies used to collect Personal Data of the Interested Party on the websites, links visited and other activities performed while the Interested Party uses the Application. 3. Legal basis and purpose of processing

   Processing of Personal Data is necessary:

   1. in order to perform the contract with the interested party, specifically:

      1. fulfillment of any obligations arising from the pre-contractual or contractual relationship with the interested party

      2. Registration and authentication of the Interested Party:to enable the interested party to register in the Application, access and identify also via external platforms

      3. support and contact with the interested party: to respond to requests from an interested party

      4. payment management: to manage payments by credit card, bank transfer or other instruments

   2. by way of legal obligation, specifically:

      1. fulfilling all obligations arising from applicable regulations, laws and regulations, in particular regarding tax and tax matters

   3. based on the legitimate interest of the Owner, for the purposes of:

      1. email marketing of the owner's products and/or service >for direct sales of products or services Owner using e-mail provided by an interested party in the context of selling a product or service similar to the one being sold

      2. management, optimization and monitoring of technical infrastructure: identifying and solving technical problems, improving the Application's performance, managing and organizing information in the IT system (e.g. server, database, etc.)

      3. security and anti-fraud: to guarantee the security of the Owner's assets, infrastructure and network

      4. statistics with anonymous data: to conduct statistical analyzes on aggregate and anonymous data in order to analyze the behavior of the interested party, in order to improve the products and/or services provided by the Data Controller and to better meet the expectations of the interested party

   4. based on the consent of the interested party, in the case of:

      1. retargeting and remarketing: reach with personalized advertising to an interested party who has already visited or shown interest in the products and/or services offered by the Application, using their Personal Data. The interested party may resign by visiting Network Advertising Initiative website

      2. marketing purposes of the Owner's product and/or services: to send information or commercial and/or promotional materials, to conduct direct sales activities of the Owner's products and/or services or to conduct market research using automated and traditional methods

   Based on the legitimate interest of the Owner, the Application enables interaction with external platforms or social networks whose processing of Personal Data is regulated by appropriate privacy policies, which can be read. The interactions and information obtained through this Application are in each case subject to the privacy settings that the interested party has chosen on such platforms or social networks. This information - in the absence of express consent to processing for further purposes - is used only to consent to the use of the Application and the provision of the requested information and services.

   The personal data of the interested party may also be used by the Data Controller for protection before competent courts.

4. Methods of processing and recipients of the Data entrusted to them.

   Personal information will not be disclosed indiscriminately in any way.

5. Place

   If necessary, Personal Data may be transferred to natural persons located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever Personal Data is transferred outside the EEA, the Data Controller will take all contractual measures appropriate and necessary to ensure an adequate level of protection of Personal Data, including, but not limited to: contracts based on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data outside the EEA, approved by the European Commission. 6. Personal data storage period

   Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in particular:

   • for purposes related to the implementation of the contract between the Administrator and the Interested Party, they will be stored for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, and after its termination for the usual limitation period of 10 years. In the case of court proceedings, throughout their duration, until the deadlines for filing an appeal expire

   • for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Administrator, will be stored until this interest is realized

   • for compliance with a legal obligation, pursuant to a decision of an authority and for protection before a court, will be stored in compliance with the established deadlines from the above-mentioned obligations, regulations, and in any case until the expiry of the limitation period provided for in applicable regulations

   • for purposes based on the consent of the interested party, will be stored until consent is withdrawn.

   After the retention period has expired, all Personal Data will be deleted or saved in a form that prevents identification of the interested party.

7. Rights of the interested party

   Interested parties may exercise certain rights in relation to Personal Data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the interested person has the right to:

   • receiving information about the processing of her Personal Data

   • withdraw consent at any time

   • limits the treatment of your Personal Data

   • object to the processing of your Personal Data

   • access your Personal Data

   • verify and request correction of your Personal Data

   • obtain restriction of the processing of your Personal Data

   • obtain the deletion of your Personal Data

   • transfer your Personal Data to another owner

   • submit a complaint to the authority to control the protection of your Personal Data and/or take legal action.
